How can I get a rough price for a glass room or glass roof system?

We would love to have a simple price per square metre system and have looked at this as a possibility, but it just isn’t possible with the huge variations in specifications. We will however give you guide prices all day long, never avoiding the question of price.

What is the largest size for a retractable roof system?

There really is no maximum size as most of the systems are designed to bolt to one another to have as wide as required. There is a maximum projection however.

What is a ‘Glasoase’?

A Glasoase is a Weinor product and brand reference and also a German reference to a ‘glass oasis’ or ‘glass room’ as we are calling it in the UK. It is a glass and aluminium structure totally bespoke in size and specification and a fantastic place to be all year round.

Does a ‘Glass Room’ need planning permission?

Technically the answer is no but it does depend on size, local planning requirements, conservation area restrictions, location, and other factors including how it may affect your neighbours, usually the most important!
