Features of the Terrazza Sempra

Made in Germany Terrazza Sempra is one of the Weinor family of aluminium patio roofs, which has proven itself over many years. Superb high quality and long service life.	Modular system. Heating System

It is available with a state of the art built-in lighting system, and it is also available with awning heaters and all-weather sensors to make your awning experience all the more pleasurable.

Sun, Wind, and Rain sensors are available on request too. These sensors detect when the sun shine is too strong, when the wind is too strong, or when it rains and operates the awning in accordance; perfect when you’re too busy to take notice!

Sizes

Unobstructed view outdoors

With the 220 guttering, larger spans are also feasible without middle posts, so nothing obstructs the view.

Most clients give very careful consideration to the balance between the supporting front post position and the sizing, creating the most unobstructed views when seated inside.

The strength of the supporting front profile enables up to 7m of uninterrupted support and the posts can be cantilever too making carefull design cinsideration even easier.

All the glass verandas are made to measure in width and projection for the perfect adaptation of your outdoor space.

Operation

The Weinor Terrazza Sempra is available with motor drive electric operation for all vertical blinds, sun awnings, lighting and heating for central control of all components and maximum ease of use.

With the weinor BiConnect radio control, you can operate the sunshade very conveniently using a hand-held transmitter and even dim the lights and heating

Accessories

LED lighting lets you enjoy your patio much longer until well into the evening.

You have the choice between the RGB LED light strip with 48 colours and 3 dimmable shades of white and the square LED Design light bar with warm white light.

The quality of the LED ighting is second to none and more than just mood lighting as used in many cheaper alternatives.

The LED lighting also has super efficient running costs and longevity.

Two roof styles available

Terrazza Sempra without roof overhang The modern version: The roof ends flush with the posts and looks like one unit as a result.

Terrazza Sempra Plus with roof overhang The classic roof type: without visible rainwater pipe and overhanging glazing for additional protection.

Numerous roof shapes are possible

Every patio or balcony situation is different – not a problem for Terrazza Sempra. The glass roof can be adapted to different structural conditions.

Conventional pent roof This is the normal roof shape, if the structural characteristics are given.	Pent roof with wall offset A wall projection can easily be integrated into the roof design.
Pent roof with offset guttering* A more complex geometry such as offset guttering can also be implemented.	Pent roof type with tapered wall bracket left/right Even roofs that have to be built diagonally to the wall are possible with a Terrazza Sempra.
Pent roof with balcony section A low-hanging balcony can also be integrated into the glass roof.	Gable roof* The very popular gabled roof shape in houses can also be chosen for Terrazza Sempra.
