GLASS OUTDOOR ROOM WITH SLIDING & FIXED GLASS SIDES
Another classic size and specification of glass room for a private home in North London.
Fixed glass to one side and sliding glass doors to the other 2 sides with a built in retractable underglass roof blind for sun and light control.
This is another example of a very popular and super usable specification for a glass outdoor room. The size at just over 5m wide is perfect for many homes and the addition of the electric retractable roof blind means control of heat and light in the hotter summer months.
Open the 2 sets of sliding glass doors and you have superb air circulation and almost totally open access to your garden and patio areas. Another great feature here is the use of only 2 front support posts because we strengthened the front support beam with additional steel inside. We can provide a glass veranda or room with only 2 posts on widths up to 7m wide if required.
Nearly every single glass room we have fitted since 2007 is fitted directly off the back of a house and accessed via the existing external doors in place. This acts as a seamless extension into an outside, but feels like an inside luxury space, where you can sit, entertain, drink, eat, or simply watch the weather and your own garden…
Samson will always produce a visual for you to start to see exactly what your new glass veranda or room will look like and we can also render the visual onto a photograph of your existing home free of charge on request.
The beautiful textured metallic finish on this classic shape and design with the classic roof bar design we think looks fantastic and will do for many, many years to come.
The high quality of this german manufactured system offers the very best aluminum profiles and the thickest guage of aluminium used to ensure total stability and longevity.
Although seemingly not applicable in the last few years this system has a standard snow loading which would not be out of place in Alpine regions and the 10mm toughened safety glass used on the roof is also as good as it gets..
