The ERHARDT Q housing has a modern Bauhaus design and can thus be perfectly integrated into any modern architectural style. The ERHARDT Q has been conceived using the latest in engineering practice and is constructed of high-quality materials. It is characterised by exceptional stability and torsional stiffness.

The Erhardt Q is a stylish looking awning from Erhardt Markisen containing a Bauhaus inspired design, that incorporates the very best in modern awning technology, and LED lighting. The shape and design of the cassette results in a light and elegant feel that still has fantastic load-bearing capabilities.

A full cassette awning, the Erhardt Q has a fabric awning and dual extending arm mechanism, which when fully retracted are completely protected by the casing. This helps to ensure they are protected against the elements and the changeable British weather.

Despite the slim design of the cassette, with a height of only 15cm, the Erhardt Q has a high level of strength and durability, and high torsional stiffness. This makes it suitable for larger applications. The Erhardt Q also has a fully integrated gutter, allowing it to easily channel away rainwater.

The Erhardt Q comes with a motor as standard as well as built in LED lighting, allowing you to effortlessly use your awning as standard further into the night time, and coupled with optional infrared heating.

The Erhardt Q is available with many different extras and options. The awning can be automated through the use of a remote control, which when combined with a sun and wind sensor can create a truly hassle free awning with maximum ease of use.

Also available are infrared heaters, which can be dimmed. This allows you to enjoy your outside space for far longer into the evening when both heat and visibility would ordinarily become an issue, as well as further into the colder and darker autumn and winter months.

Valances and sun awnings are also available to provide protection and shade from low lying sun.

Equipment recommendation

Erhardt recommend the integrated LED lighting. The uniform light is ideal for illuminating large and small areas and can be operated conveniently by radio. The LED lighting is particularly energy-saving and durable.

Erhardt recommend a version with radio control for maximum ease of use. The vibration sensor, which automatically closes the awning in strong winds, ensures greater safety.
